Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide any reason.
For a return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).

The product must be in new, unused condition to allow it to be resold.

The proof of purchase must be included with the parcel.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or a refund. Please contact us by email at contact@swayandco.com, attaching photos of the issue to help us process your request.

Refunds
Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
